Street Art Tour
On Monday, our students got to take part in a graffiti tour around Berlin. Berlin attracts many artists and tourists to partake in the world-famous graffiti and street art scene. Students learned about different types of street art and viewed examples of them in real time. They also discussed the culture of street art and graffiti in Berlin. Even with the heat it was an informative experience.
Our experience didn’t end there though! After our tour we headed to a workshop where our global navigators got to make their own street art. After observing a short master class by one of our tour guides, the students set to work creating their own art. Students made a “throw up”, which uses a stencil to create designs. I was really impressed by what our students made! Take a look at some of the images!
