L'Hôtel Pasteur
Today we were treated to a tour of the Hôtel Pasteur, an ambitious project that has transformed an old building into a preschool, an Édulab, and a projects hall. The Édulab and the projects hall are spaces that are made availble for free to people needing a space to work on temporary, multidisciplinary projects (art, science, economics, social issues, sports, health, etc) lasting anywhere from three hours to three months. It is an open space offering the opportunity to freely exchange ideas, to learn and to discover.
Our students were very interested in all the possiblities this space offers and asked a lot of poignant questions of our guide, Jade, as well as the locals working on their different projects. It was very interesting to see the variety of projects the Hôtel Pasteur welcomes into its space.
