Wrapping up!
As we wrap up our third week, students reflect on their learning and the relationships fostered on this journey. This week, in the classroom, students studied photography and produced their own work. Our workshops included creating street art, graffiti, and various forms of public art. Over the weekend, students went on an overnight trip to Cesky Krumlov, where we were wowed by the scenes of the castle, the works of Egon Scheile, and the history of the Czech Republic. Students also got dressed up for the ballet; it was a lovely treat to see everyone look so dapper! I have so much appreciation for this crew of HSSA students: they have been deeply critical in their thinking, flexible and patient in their expectations for all activities and workshops, and highly engaged in our bonding with one another. Thanks for another great summer!
