What can you say about Van Gogh. Just visiting his art work is amazing. Amsterdam has the most pieces, luckily donated to Amsterdam by Van Gogh's nephew, Vincent. Amsterdam could receive Van Gogh's art, they just needed to provide an appropriate spot.
It is appropriate, just a bit too popular. Luckily we had a guide to educate us further on the aspects of Van Gogh's life. Also pointing out special paintings and their specific attributes.
After the guided tour we were able to further immerse ourselves in his incredible art work. It is truly exceptional to stand feet from these amazing pieces of work.
If that was not enough, the previous day, to prepare for Van Gogh, we went to Fabrique des Lumieres and experienced an imersive 3-D immersion into Van Gogh and other great Dutch painters' art pieces. Just overwhelming....
