Taste Test and Cathedral
Today students visited an over 300 year old cafe, Ca’n Joan. They were able to try the legendary ensaïmadas (traditional Mallorcan pastries), homemade ice cream, and thick hot chocolate. If you couldn't tell from the photos, everything was delicious!! They also wandered around the most emblematic building in Palma, the Catedral-Basílica de Santa María de Mallorca. They got to appreciate some works of Antoni Gaudi and and the impressive 61 stained glass windows. Overall a 10/10 day!
