A Taste of Tapas
¡Buenas tardes from Barcelona! Our Level 1 and Level 2A students learned how to make tapas, otherwise known as starters or light snacks in Spanish. Tapas can be either hot or cold, and they are typically shared in a group so that everyone can enjoy a taste of each dish.
Students learned how to make a traditional Spanish tortilla de patatas, croquetas with spinach, makis vegetales with chile and soy beans, patatas bravas, and a Caprese salad. After, we celebrated Michelle´s birthday with a chocolate cake. Now our students can share what they learned today to make these delicious dishes at home!
