Supporting the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin 2023!
Luckily the Special Olympics World Games were also in Berlin this year. This was the first time the games were held in Germany and we were able to be there! After we were guided through the entire stadium the day before we had the unique opportunity to watch not only the opening but also support thousands of athletes and watch them be at their best, just feet away from the varying courts.
One of the events was the Polish team competing against the Czech Republic.
It was a great way for our students to show their spirit and cheer for the athletes from all over the world.
At times we were able to stop groups from different countries and take pictures with them. Below you see me with the team from Serbia.
This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and we were so glad to be able to support the athletes from all over the globe! That's what Global Navigators do!
