Packed Saturday Adventure
All the LC Palma students seemed to have a wonderful time on this fun-filled day packed with lots of adventure. After arriving at our usual meeting point (Plaza España) at 8:30 am we climbed onto our two busses and headed off to our first stop, the town of Pollenca. In this town the kids had a challenge, climb to the highest point of the town and count the steps there are to get there. Next, we headed to the mountains. After climbing curvy roads we stopped at the viewpoint, Es Colomer where we had the chance to peer over the steep cliffs that drop off to the sea. Hopping on the bus again we went to our next stop, Formentor Beach where we had three hours to relax, have fun, and best of all, lie in the sun and go swimming. Our last stop of the day was at the town of Alcudia where to wrap up the day we all had a delicious ice cream before climbing back on the bus and heading back to Palma.
