Museum Island
SO. MUCH. HISTORY!!
Students visited Museumsinsel, an island FILLED with museums right in the center of the city. From art, to history, to culture - students had access to six museums and time to visit what they were interested in. Situated next to the Berliner Dom, an iconic cathedral with roots dating back to the 1400's, we took a fantastic group photo to document our time in Berlin. A UNESCO World Heritage site, the buildings alone are enough to make one take pause. Once entering a museum, students were able to see relics dating back thousands of years.
The perfect end to a wonderful second week in Berlin!
