Fun with friends!
Hello from Buenos Aires!
Our group of students from the United States has been having an incredible time immersing ourselves in the language and culture of Argentina. Wednesday, we had the chance to visit Belgrano Day School, where we got a glimpse into the daily life of students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade.
Our visit started with a buffet lunch at the school, followed by a tour of the school. One of the highlights was when the English-speaking students were paired up with Spanish-speaking students of the same age. It was fun to see them practice their language skills together and forge new friendships.
As the visit wrapped up, we all engaged in some friendly games of basketball, volleyball, and soccer. It was a great way to bond and have fun together.
Thursday, we headed to the soccer fields for some more fun. After a lively game of soccer, the students had some free time to explore the area, shop, or indulge in some delicious gelato.
Our time here is not just about sightseeing; it's about building connections, creating memories, and honing our Spanish language skills. The students are not only making lifelong friends but also becoming more fluent in Spanish with each passing day.
Stay tuned for more updates from our adventures in Buenos Aires!
