Days 16-19: Cooking with Kelp and a Safari.
Days 16-19 were amazing to say the least. In our last week in Cape Town, we presented our final projects, learned how to cook with kelp, and had some up close encounters with some of the amazing animals that call South Africa home. The kelp was surprisingly good in a lasagna and we greatly enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. That could only be matched by a stay at a nearby resort where we enjoyed beautiful views, a fun marshmallow roast under the stars, and TWO absolutely amazing safaris. What a way to end our journey in Cape Town!
