Chocolate Workshop and Museum
Today our group was able to explore their creative sides as we visted the Chocolate Museum in Barcelona. Inside the museum, they offer workshops where our students were able to create their own chocolate lollipops and treats. With different types of chocolate, students were able to make fun designs, write their names, or remake their favorite monuments in Barcelona out of chocolate. The students spent a lot of time making their chocolate treats and as we waited for them to set, we were able to explore the museum. The museum was filled with information about the history of chocolate, how it is made, and had a large, impressive collection of chocolate figurines on display--including soccer players, movie scenes, and famous sites from all around the world. Overall, it was probably the sweetest way to start our day.
