We went to the movies, French style today. The film was Ma Part de Gaulois (The French part of Me). You can watch the trailer here. This is an independent film based on the story of a Toulousian who is a first generation immigrant from Algeria. He goes on to be the first in his family to pursue his bacalaureat. The main character Magyd Cherfi is a French singer, writer and actor. It was fun to watch the film, because it was filmed in Toulouse and we were able to see many areas that we spend a lot of time in.

After the movie, there was a Q & A session. Students were able to practice their French by asking the ABC representative questions about the film and the theatre.
