Students braved high temperatures this week and got to brush up on their culinary skills during a pastry workshop! They worked in small groups to create a variety of French pastries from Madeleines to mousse to Financiers. The cooking class was hosted on a barge anchored in one of the canals that runs through Toulouse. Students waited (mostly!) patiently for their creations to be finished so we could feast!

It's hard to believe it's our fourth and last week in Toulouse! We head to Carcassonne next--never a dull moment!
