Lauren Gassman
Lauren's Program
Lauren Gassman is in her fourth year of teaching Japanese at Cass Technical High School in Detroit Michigan. Japanese is a great passion of hers, and comes through when teaching and introducing students to Japan. This includes managing a Japanese club and running trips to Japan through interested parties. Lauren has been a CIEE program leader for 4 terms, since the summer of 2016, and has loved every moment of seeing the growth in students who decide to come to the CIEE Language and Culture program. In her spare time, she likes to read, play video games, watch Japanese media, and study Japanese.
