HR Service Delivery Team (and Business Partners)

The HR Service team provides comprehensive Human Resources services. HR Service Delivery representatives provide expertise in a variety of human resource functions and serve as the primary contact between CIEE divisions worldwide and HR’s other subject matter expert departments.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

The Talent Acquisition Team partners with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that will attract a diverse pool of highly qualified potential employees. We engage with both candidates and hiring managers to guide them through the total candidates experience, from job posting, to interviews, through offer to onboarding.

Business

Benefits & Compensation

Benefits and Compensation support CIEE employees through the design, negotiation, and administration of various benefit programs to include healthcare, retirement, leaves of absence, and paid time off.  This function also ensures that the organization’s salaries remain both market competitive and able to attract/retain a competent workforce within defined labor markets through the regular review of benchmark salary data.

HRIS and Payroll

The HRIS and Payroll department is responsible for payroll processing, reporting of employee data, and maintaining the HRIS.  They also maintain and oversee employee records related to onboarding, off-boarding, performance management and HRIS user accounts.
