New Hire Onboarding Resources
These resources are intended to be a one-stop-shop to support hiring managers in the successful onboarding of new team members over the course of five steps that mirror the travel process – hence the title “Onboarding Passport”! The documents are both a guide and a customizable template and they contain information that is relevant to any new employee across CIEE, but also allows you to add information relevant to your department/location. You’ll see that there are two documents linked below – one to guide/support the hiring manager and a corresponding one to guide/inform the new employee. Within each section, there are resources/tips/intel for that specific stage of the journey relevant to the user (hiring manager or employee).
