Students interacting with Chinese peer.
One of the important academic components in our program is community conversation. During this activity, students apply their speaking skill by interviewing a Chines person on campus. It allows students to review the sentences learned in class and to use their lesrning in real life situation. All our students do a Great job talking to the Chinese person in target language, I am also very impressed with their courage to walk up to a stranger, introduce themselves and have a conversation with them. All Chinese people they have interviewed are super nice and are often impressed with our student's skills.
