Student Post: Juana's Experience

Today, Juana is sharing her experience so far in Rennes:

It has officially been the best summer! I got to travel just like any other kid but not to a regular country or state I got to travel to Rennes France. Honestly, this was a great event in my life, it helped me mature and expand myself, meet new people and try awesome food. Things I thought I would’ve never done or at least not during my junior year in high school. I would honestly never pass up an opportunity like this. It took a while to adapt to the big and little stuff but it’s part of understanding and giving the culture a chance. Everything is different from the time we normally eat in the U.S, the short showers and even the style around here. I met new people from all over the world and I got to make two new awesome friends with whom I am sharing and experiencing everything with. This all feels like a dream a great one which I don’t want to wake up from!
