Paris of the North
Hello from Copenhagen,
We arrived on Sunday afternoon and were greeted by CIEE staff at the airport. We traveled to our hostel and completed orientation. As we are walking through the city, our group was amazed at how clean and eco-friendly it is!
Our afternoon excursions included a tour of Blox and CopenHill.
Blox is a gathering place that engages people in architecture, design and sustainable urban development.
CopenHill is an artificial skiing slope and recreational hiking area built in the fall of 2019. What makes this venue so unique is because it was built on top of a new waste management center.
The ping-pong competition continues in Copenhagen!
