南锣鼓巷(Nanluoguxiang)+ Moive day
Today we went to 南锣鼓巷(Nanluoguxiang), which is an popular Beijing tourist destination consisting of many shops, restaurants, bars, and live music houses. We enjoyed exploring the immense variety of shops from traditional Chinese tea to fast food and souvenir shops. Visiting Nanluoguxiang is a great way to experience multiple aspects of Chinese culture all in one place, and I definitely recommend going for anyone who is exploring Beijing!

Yesterday we watched a movie called the 12 Zodiacs about the importance of relics and how people are greedy. The main star was Jackie Chan, a missionary who originally followed orders blindly. As he’s stealing these treasures His ethic consciousness begins to awaken as he spends time with a lady named Coco who eventually makes him realize his ethics.
