Experiencing Paris: Students Fly into the Heart of Haute Couture
What better place to be than in Paris to kick off the first week of the Fashion Marketing program, oui? In just a few short days, students have had the opportunity to apply what they have learned in the classroom by seeing firsthand why Paris is considered one of the most exciting fashion centers of the world.
Fashion Marketing Instructor Mickael Cotte led students through Paris' Fashion District, pointing out iconic high end brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Dior. France takes pride in their products and works diligently to market their "Made in France" label. To understand fashion sustainability within the country, students toured several stores.
Of course, no visit to France would be complete without visiting the Eiffel Tower, enjoying a croissant (or two), and, of course, shopping! There is still plenty of that to be done as we finish our days in Paris.
Until next time, au revoir!
