Photo chronicle: A day in Pantano San Juan

We arrived in Madrid and the first activity for our week here was a visit to Pantano San Juan, a lake one hour away from Madrid. Find below a photo chronicle of the participants’ amazing day. 

This is a group photo taken when we arrived to the lake. As you can see the participants were very happy and excited after they saw how beautiful the lake is.

We got ready to get into the kayaks!

Then we went on our kayaking expedition to get to the beach accross from the lake. 

We made it to the beach where everybody took time to relax, swim, go for a hike, and have a sun tanning session.

It was the perfect activity to recharge after a day of travel and reenergize before the participants begin their final week of classes, sites visits, and other cultural learning experiences.
