A day in Moncion

We had a great time in Moncion dancing Dominican dances, having a bonfire, and learning about Casabe bread in a factory.  Casabe bread is a bread that was originally made by the Tainos and today is still made using the same methods.  Casabe bread is made from yuca and baked.  We even got to try some of the garlic flavor while we there!
