A day in Moncion

We had a great time in Moncion dancing, having a bonfire, and learning about Casabe bread at a factory.  Casabe bread is the bread that was made by the Tainos and is still made today.  It is made from yuca which is all grown right at the factory we went to.  We even got to try some of the garlic flavor!
