Megan S.
Megan's Program
With a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies, Journalism, and Digital Arts, Megan has always had a passion for writing about what she sees and photographing the world. At age 24, she has never given up an opportunity to travel and experience new cultures. Living and teaching in Spain will allow her to not just see a new culture, but truly experience it. Being born and raised in a small town in Maine, Megan wants to write about experiencing things bigger than herself and use this blogging experience to connect with and assist others who are taking on the abroad life.
In addition to her degree, she has always enjoyed working with kids as a camp counselor, tutor, and nanny. She has been surrounded by teachers her whole life as her mother, uncles, aunts, and grandfather were and are all teachers. Coming into the Teach in Spain program, Megan is excited to work with students and hopes that while they are learning from her, she can learn from them as well.
Megan hopes you enjoy following along on her adventure as a Language and Culture Assistant in Madrid, Spain!
