Jennifer's Program

The summer of 2024 is Ms. Keynan's 2nd year as a program leader on the CIEE High School Study Abroad Language and Culture Program in Kyoto, Japan. Being a program leader in Kyoto allows Ms. Keynan to come full circle: her first experience in Japan was on a college study abroad program in Kyoto many years ago. While supporting participants in Kyoto, Ms. Keynan has also been able to reunite with Keiko, her homestay mom from that first experience, who is now over 80 years old but just as "genki" (healthy) as ever.
