Catherine's Program

Hi everyone! My name is Catherine Vermillion and I am so excited to be leading the Aquatic Ecosystems and Sustainability program in Lisbon. This is my second summer as a HSSA Program Leader. I previously led the Mediterranean Marine Ecosystems and Sustainability program in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. I currently live in San Diego, CA but I am originally from the DC area (northern Virginia). I'm a Kindergarten teacher, and I'm a CIEE alumni of the Teach in Thailand program 2018-2019. I am so excited to share my passions of education and travel!
