Welcome to Sevilla!!
After travelling for so many hours and taking a lot of flights, the students arrived to Sevilla on Sunday, with no complications. When they arrived, they got to meet their host families and rest at home, getting to sleep and tasting, most of them, for the first time the spanish cuisine.
On Monday, they had a very busy day, as they started with the orientation lessions, getting to learn about some topics that will be very useful for their time here, as well as having a good experience, such as: Overview of the Program and checking all the activities and academic responsabilies they have during the session, Diversity & Inclusion to get to know the cultural diferences between USA and Seville, Health & Safety, Bystander Intervention and Academic Session, where they got to meet their teachers and Program Leaders. Afterwards, they got to know the neighborhoods they're going to live in the next month and had an ice-cream with their group, formed by other students with the same language level with whom their going to share activities, classes and all the excursions.
For today, it's time to start the classes and meeting their teachers, beginning their routine just like that.
We are really excited to see them enjoy their experience and getting to meet new people and the city, besides learning about the culture and improving their Spanish. It's going to be so much fun!
