Taiko Time
We took the subway together from our facility in Yoyogi as we set out to visit a Taiko (traditional Japanese drums) studio in Shibuya, Tokyo. Everyone had a great time practicing their drumming skills as they learned from and imitated the movements of a professional Taiko drummer. We were able to really get into the moment as we each wore a Happi coat and worked together to synchronize our movements. It was great to watch the Taiko master’s final performance and we were all grateful that we were able to share this experience together!
