Surf's up in Rabat!
On Friday afternoon, students took a ride in the fluka boats in the Bouregrag river. On one side of the river is Rabat and on the other side is another city, Sale. Students had a great time seeing the sites from a different perspective. On Saturday morning students were given the option of surfing or kayaking. We went to beach and the instructors at the surf school taught students the steps to get up on the boards and how to catch the waves! It was a fun day of learning new skills for some students who had never surfed or kayaked before. These new experiences are helping students build confidence, independence and social skills. Stay tuned for our next adventures!
