Students attended a pizza making class at a local pizzeria.  Here the students learned to mix the flour with the yeast, salt and water and turn their mixture into pizza dough.  Then, in a HOT and fire powered kitchen, the students loaded their pizza dough with toppings as the owner popped the pizza in the wood burning oven.  Delicious, Napoli style pizza!
