Kitano Tenmangu
Kitano Tenmangu was one of the first shrines we visited in Kyoto. Kitano Tenmangu is regarded as a popular destination for people pursuing academic success. Many of our students spoke with native Japanese students during their visit to gain a greater perspective of Japanese traditions and related concepts. Several students enjoyed their time in Kitano Tenmangu so much that they asked to remain even after our scheduled departure time. It's truly a pleasure to see how much our students are enjoying their time in Kyoto and discovering ways to analyze and adopt aspects of the local culture in their daily lives.
