Cooking Paella in Palma de Mallorca
Today we split into two groups -- one enjoyed views of the city and the sea by bike, and the other took a cooking class. The newly-minted chefs made Tomato Caprese a la María Teresa, "Mojitos," and Paella. We saw some impressive culinary skills in the test kitchen, and the chefs are excited to replicate these recipes for their families when they return home!
