¡Cocinamos en Sevilla!
We are in week 2 of the Language and Culture program in Sevilla, Spain. We started this week with a cooking class on Monday and Tuesday. With over 50 students participating in session 1, we had to break into smaller groups to fit into the kitchen at Taller Anadaluz de Cocina. The students learned how to make Gazpacho and Paella! They listened to directions that were given in Spanish and then working together, they created a deliciously refreshing Gazpacho and Chicken Paella. After 75 minutes of chopping, stirring, mixing, and cooking, they were rewarded with a typical Spanish meal and enjoyed their hard work in the kitchen! ¡Buen provecho!
