CIEE Global Educator Summit
Lead Locally, Educate Globally
Every fall, CIEE cordially invites educators to join us for our Global Educator Summit. During this free professional development weekend, you can come together with a group of passionate teachers and administrators from across the U.S. to discuss best practices in global education and study abroad and gain actionable insights to cultivate a more global culture at your school.
Last year's summit took place on October 19-20 in Washington D.C., and brought participants interactive workshops drawing from the experience of our staff in the U.S. and around the world.
The Global Educator Summit is an amazing opportunity to broaden your horizons and professional network! You can return reenergized with fresh resources for your school and classroom. All participants receive a Certificate of Completion* to claim up to 10 hours of Professional Development credit in your district (*subject to school/district approval).
This event is "by invitation only" and free of charge for invitees. CIEE covers the cost of flight, hotel, activities, and group meals.
Upon receiving an invitation, educators must register to attend in September.
