These are pictures of a day of CIEE Mediterranean Cuisine class. We learn to cook Paella, Sopa de melón con jamón, and Sangría. We had a lot of fun with our two chefs: Alan Norte and Toni Caldentey, and our professor Astrid Shewegler.
