Discovering Alicante Province
Cloudy skys vanished to let the sun shine in our great day out exploring Guadalest and Fuentes del Algar. In the mountains of Alicante, about 15 km from Benidorm, we find one of the 44 most beautiful towns of Spain, member of the International Federation of Beautiful Towns in the World, with less than 500 towns listed. Its narrow streets, its castle, its turquoise dam and its impressive surroundings make Guadalest an unforgettable visit. Not far from these mountains we find the refresing waterfalls in "Fuentes del Algar". Students enjoy their refreshing swin in the Algar river surrounded by the natural protected area.
Elise Covert from Bucknell College is now our student from Language and Culture Program and can tell you more :D
