Sabine is a Program Leader for the CIEE Leadership and Service program in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  This is her second year working as a CIEE Program Leader.  Born and raised outside of New York City, Sabine is a proud Haitian-American and speaks English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole; she has spent the past two years teaching English in public schools in Galicia, Spain.  Sabine is so excited to lead this program and work with American and Dominican students!
