Erin Bankersen
Erin is the Student Services Coordinator for CIEE Amsterdam. She is originally from Texas in the US but has lived in the Netherlands since the fall of 2017. She first studied abroad in Spain in 2010 and then went to the University of Amsterdam for her Master's degree in European Studies. She worked in the global mobility field before switching to the field of international education. In addition to her job working with CIEE Amsterdam students, she is working to gain fluency in the Dutch language, perfecting the art of cycling through the Amsterdam rush hour, and joining in the Dutch sport of soaking up the sun whenever it makes an appearance. She enjoys exploring the similarities and differences between Dutch and American cultures.
