Biography
Originally from New York, Sarah relocated to Spain in 2021 as a U.S. Fulbright Fellow, beginning her journey in A Coruña, Galicia. She holds a degree in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Franklin and Marshall College and has experience in Jewish education, lay leadership, and the fashion industry. Sarah has lived in Middle East, the Netherlands, Spain, and the U.S.
She began working for CIEE Seville (Council on International Educational Exchange) in 2023 and is committed to enhancing the CIEE Sevilla experience through personalized student support, innovative communication initiatives like the CIEE Seville on Air podcast, and fostering inclusivity and cross-cultural understanding, ensuring every student feels valued and connected.
In her personal life, Sarah enjoys cultivating community and celebrating her Jewish heritage, often organizing meaningful events and activities that bring people together. She also loves cooking and immersing herself in the vibrant rhythms of Andalusian life.
