Language and Culture (Basic) Language acquisition is a major focus of the program 1 required language course Students can use remaining credits towards other courses in English

High School Language and Culture Programs

CIEE Global Navigator study abroad language programs are designed specifically for high school students and include homestays, language immersion, cultural activities, and academic coursework. Students are pre- and post-tested to measure growth in language proficiency with most students realizing a full year of language growth after just one month on CIEE’s Global Navigator language programs. In addition, some students come home with the Seal of Biliteracy and college credits.
