Month 3: Pumpkins, Football, and Halloween!

So, October has come to an end. I have been here for about three months now and I can truly say, that I feel here as home. All of the stuff I do here feels normal now, I don’t feel that much foreign as I used to.

I have experienced another homecoming with my Italian friend and also Halloween. Which is apparently a big thing here. I went to a pumpkin patch (even though my host brother and I went a little bit too late, so there wasn’t that many good pumpkins left). I also went to a haunted house with my friends, carved a pumpkin and went trick or treating. All of that was a lot fun. 

And with the end of October the football season has sadly ended. I will for sure miss going to the football games with my friends, even though I didn’t know what was going on most of the time, but I am excited for what is to come.
