Where Should You Teach Abroad Based on Your Zodiac Sign?

Aries (March 21 - April 19) 

Being the passionate, independent trailblazers, they are, Aries hardly backs down from a challenge, making Morocco a fantastic fit. Teachers in Morocco get to experience the less traveled parts of the country and therefore will truly immerse themselves into Moroccan culture. Strong-willed Aries will have no problem becoming a lead teacher and navigating their new environment.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20) 

As an anchored Earth Sign, the land-locked country of the Czech Republic is an excellent fit for Taurus. Surrounded by rich culture, art and history, the city of Prague will satisfy Taurus's self-indulgence and joy for the finer things in life. While Taurus seeks comfort, they are also not afraid to push boundaries, making eastern Europe and the bohemian city of Prague a great destination.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20) 

Passionate, outgoing and dynamic, Gemini is often known for having two sides. Thus, making the unique and split city of Budapest perfect for Gemini. Connected only by a bridge, the cities of Buda and Pest become one mecca of culture are and beauty, much like our adventurous Gemini.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22) 

Ruled by the moon and driven by emotion, Cancer is typically difficult to get to know. The same could be said about Chile. Between beautiful beaches and enchanting mountains, there are many sides to get to know about Chile. Although Cancers are known to be homebodies, Cancer will be both content and challenged in Chile where they will have access to much needed bodies of water as well as the comforts of nature.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)   

Leo, the natural-born leader, is ready to take on any challenge. Likely attracted to the fiery Spanish culture, fire-sign Leo is not interested in the tourist flooded streets of Spain. Chile holds plenty of trails Leo is prepared to blaze through between the urban excitement of Santiago to the mountains of Patagonia. Full of energy and spirit Leo is ready for any adventure that Chile holds.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)

Both sophisticated and smart, Virgo is often focused on beauty and improvement. Thus, Virgo will fit in well teaching in South Korea. Dedicated to their students' education, teachers in South Korea make their job a first priority. Virgo is always looking for ways to be better than they already are, and the incredibly modern cities of South Korea will likely fascinate a young Virgo who appreciates perfection.

Libra (September 23 - October 22)       

Given the symbol of the scales, Libra enjoys peace, balance and harmony. Three adjectives many would use to describe Thailand and Thai culture. Having a hard time with decision making, Libra won't have to make a compromise here. Between the urban settings of Bangkok, the mountains of Chiang Mai and the blue waters of Phuket, Libra will get the best of it all. They may find even more balance after investing some time in yoga and meditation.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)

Passionate and independent, Scorpio is attracted to the sexy Spanish culture. Both confident and unafraid, Scorpio will fit right into their new home of Madrid. Maybe even learn the tango! Appreciating authenticity, Scorpio may have a hard time dealing with the tourist crowd that often enters Madrid, therefore they will find their true home just outside the city center. Never one to back down, out-going Scorpio is up for the challenge. 

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)   

Independent and out-going, Sagittarius isn't known for staying on the beaten path, and therefore will truly enjoy teaching in Vietnam. Sagittarius is an adventurer unlike any other and will be up to the challenge of traveling though Vietnam all on their own. With so many parts of Vietnam hardly touched by tourism, Sagittarius will have a field day discovering it all for themselves. They'll try all the local cuisine and have no problem getting a little lost along the way.

Capricorn (December 22- January 19)

Smart, hardworking and dedicated Capricorn will be fulfilled by their teaching position in China. Known for their ambition, Capricorn will seek out the challenge that may come with teaching in China because for Capricorn, it will all be worth it. Active rule followers, Capricorn will do well the strong direction that comes from their school and society as a whole. In the end, what they will learn and gain from their time in China will take them far in their career, and Capricorn can see that.

Aquarius (January 20th - February 18)

Aquarius is unique and hard to pin down as they are ever changing. Dedicated to positive change and social justice, Aquarius will love to go wherever they feel they can make a useful difference. Their desire to help, and open-mindedness makes them an excellent fit to teach in Thailand. Here, they will be able to make a difference in the lives of their Thai students, and have the opportunity to explore the nature of Buddhism and Thai culture. It is here that Aquarius will be truly satisfied.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20) 

Beauty, art, water, Pisces... Portugal. With deep intuition and imagination, Pisces will be enchanted by the colorful tiled streets and houses of Lisbon. Connected to water, Pisces will also have endless coastlines to get washed up into as they explore Portugal. Portugal is home to both natural and manmade beauty making it the perfect new home for the creative and artistic Pisces.
