Take the Metro like a Spaniard!
Greetings from Madrid!
Everyone has settled in well and we began exploring the city together on Tuesday afternoon! Their first task was to learn the subway system and take me to their school. Guess what?! They did it without any help! ¡Bravo, chicos! We began our journey at Metro Sevilla close to the CIEE office and then stopped at Metro Diego de León to locate the school for in-person classes starting next week. Our last stop was at Metro Chueca to enjoy some gelato (Not Spanish, rather Italian, but oh so delicious!). I am so impressed by this group of independent students and cannot wait for our next adventure together today- a visit to Retiro Park.
Stay tuned for more fun adventures with Level 3 students here in Madrid! ¡Hasta pronto!
