Street Food Tour
On July 15th, we traveled to the Tapgol Park area to experience traditional Korean street food including:
Tteokbokki (떡볶이) - Spicy Rice Cakes
Soondae (순대) - Blood Sausage
Twigim (튀김) Fried Vegetables
Odeng (오뎅) - Fishcakes
Sweet Corn (옥수수)
Bam ppang (밤 빵) - Night bread (Chestnut Cake)
Bungeo ppang (붕어빵) Carp bread
Insam Twigim (인 삼 튀김) Fried ginseng
Hotteok (호떡) Honey Pancakes
Beondegi (번데기) Silk Worm Pupae
Gyeongdan (경단) Rice Cakes
Although some of the foods were out of our comfort zones we still enjoyed trying them. What do you think?
