Following La Carpio, students had the opportunity to compare and contrast the community building structure with San Jose.
It was eye-opening to say the least! Filled with trips to the Central Market, strolls along historic streets, and catching the best photos, we truly lived the "Pura Vida" lifestyle. Once learning about local fruit preferences and the agricultural shift towards specializing tropical fruit production, we took it upon ourselves to give some a try...
After some refreshing snacks, we prepared to take on the next big challenge: Isla Chira!
