Lompoul, Senegal
This past weekend we traveled to Lompoul, Senegal, which is the desert part of Senegal.
The journey took about three hours to travel to Lompoul, during our journey to Lompoul we where able to see the country. We where even able to stop and get some amazing mangos!. When we arrived to Lompoul, we where able to experience riding Camels while watching the sunset. Following the camel ride we all played games that allowed us to get to know our fellow global leaders better. We then had a light dinner and listen to the locals play the drums and danced. It was magical. Following the dance and drumming the rest of the global navigators had the opportunity to stare at the stars. It was a great event.
