Journey to Ancient Rome!
This adventure continues…
These days have been full of art, history, culture and we have learned so many things about the Roman Empire.
Indeed, yesterday the students enjoyed their first work shop and they experienced the creation of their first mosaic: a polychrome technique obtained through the use of fragments of materials born in Mesopotamia and exported during the period of Roman domination.
About the Roman Empire, today we visited the Palatino, one of the most ancient part of the city and the place where Roman Emperors used to live.
We finished our tour with the Colosseum: we were all captivated by the charm of this Amphitheatre and it was a very emotional and amazing experience!
