Gaborone Dam
Hi Everyone!
Today we set out to find the main source of water for the city of Gaborone, the Gaborone Dam. We learned all about how Botswana gets its local water and how it is cleaned.
Botswana is mainly a desert, so most of their water comes from surface water like rivers and dams. The dam not only provides water for the surrounding areas, but it was also a beautiful view from the top!
We also went and took a look at the process used to clean the water at the water treatment plant.
Go Saime (Goodbye) until next time!
